Gareth Bale is not in good form with the club but had a great International break with Wales.
Wales International and Real Madrid midfielder Gareth Bale was in immense form in the International break with Wales. Bale scored two and assisted one of the goals in Wales’ 3-0 win over Israel. The game was so one sided, he could have had couple of hat-tricks on his day. However, the break might prove to be the turning point of the season for Bale as he looks forward to putting his poor club form back to the bed.
Bale went on a 10 game barren run before scoring a brace against Malaga. In that run of matches, he neither scored or assisted any goals despite playing full 90 minutes. Bale unperformed in the recent El Clasico defeat against Barcelona and has been on the end of critics and fans’ unsatisfied voices. He will need to replicate the similar form as he did in Wales to get out of all the problems hovering around him.
