When Chelsea spent 8 million pounds on Dutch International midfielder Marco Van Ginkel, only few would have thought that he would be going through such period. It was summer of 2013 when Van Ginkel signed for Chelsea and things have certainly not gone his way. The midfielder, who now is on loan at AC Milan has struggled to find his feet as he spent most part of this season on injury bench.

Still only 22 years old, the dutch international has got plenty of time with him to put his career back in track. Jose Mourinho is now in a big shortage of midfielders like him and could pave a way for the midfielder to make a name of himself in the Chelsea team next season. Van Ginkel must take the chance or must seek his future away from Stamford Bridge.
