Chelsea’s deadline day transfer, Juan Cuadrado is set to start for Chelsea this weekend.
Juan Cuadrado is set to be named in the starting lineup after impressive substitute performance in recent matches. Cuadrado has started just one match, against Everton since joining from Fiorentina in a deadline day move. He was replaced by Willian in that match, and the Brazilian is the only competitor for Cuadrado’s starting place in Chelsea’s lineups. With busy fixtures ahead, Mourinho is rotating the squad pretty well and when they face Burnley in the league, he will have an eye on the League Cup final against Tottenham.
Chelsea played a 1-1 draw against Paris Saint Germain in the champions league this midweek and Cuadrado made his first European bow in Chelsea shirt when he replaced Willian in the second half. The Colombian international is expected to start this weekend’s league match against Burnley giving Mourinho privilige of having a fully fit squad to choose from.
