5. Serey Die [From FC Basel 04 (Switzerland) to VfB Stuttgart]

Position: Midfielder

Nationality: Ivory Coast

Transfer Fee: Undisclosed

The defensive midfielder played a key role in FC Basel’s dream Champions League run as they knocked Liverpool out of the tournament and Stuttgart have found a real midfield presence with this signing.

4. Joao Pereira [From Valencia CF (Spain) to Hannover 96]

Position: Midfielder

Nationality: Portugal

Transfer Fee: Free Transfer

Pereira found his time limited in Valencia with Barragan’s form and with contract expiring he signed with Hannover 96 as a free transfer.

3. Matija Nastasic [From Manchester City FC (England) to FC Schalke 04]

Position: Midfielder

Nationality: Serbia

Transfer Fee: Loan Deal till the end of the season

Nastasic barely featured under Pellegrini and after that horrific mistake against Chelsea, his time at Manchester City looks over  and will be looking for Permanent deal in summer.

2. Kevin Kampl [From Red Bull Salzburg (Austria) to Borussia Dormund]

Position: Midfielder

Nationality: Austria

Transfer Fee: Undisclosed

Dortmund are rooted to the bottom of Bundesliga and need to act quickly if they are to stave off relegation. Kampl signing will mean they will have enough firepower to suppport Reus and co.

 

1. Andre Schurrle [From Chelsea FC (England) to VfL Wolfsburg]

Position: Midfielder

Nationality: Germany

Transfer Fee: 27 million pounds (reported)

Andre Schurrle fell out with Mourniho and when Wolfsburg wanted him, his return to Germany was straight forward and will be looking to resume what he did at Bayer Leverkusen.
