Reports in England suggests that Harry Redknapp has stepped down as the manager of Queens Park Rangers.
Harry Redknapp has stepped down as the manager of Queens Park Rangers today after failing to sign any player he wanted in this transfer window. It was rumored that Redknapp wanted to sign Matt Jarvis in the deadline day but was not successful in doing so. Redknapp was also unhappy with the loan deal of Mauro Zarate and wanted to send him back and get the English winger instead. QPR’s notable move this window was the sale of midfielder Jordan Mutch to QPR for 4.75 million pounds.
Harry Redknapp have failed to get a point away from home and to make the record more miserable they even lost away to Burton Albion in the cup fixture. Owner TOny Fernandes made it clear in twitter that QPR will not be making any deal as he posted ‘No More Chequebook’ in his twitter account. He said that the club has players with good quality and expected much from the team.
