Striker Asim Jung Karki out injured for 3 weeks

Striker Asim Jung Karki has picked up an injury which could keep him out of action for about a month.

Asim, who was in the current National Squad, which travelled to Qatar for a friendly match against Philippines has picked up an injury. The striker led the U-22 team in the recently held tournament and also got into the national team squad.

The injury was sustained when the striker was training. The knee injury means striker will miss three to four weeks. Asim played for Three Star Club in ANFA Cup and is expected to play for the same team in upcoming league as well. He was associated with Boys Union Club last term, but now the club is in B Division.
