The 28 years old Colombian Striker has attracted couple of top guns as Liverpool enter the race to end up their Striking crisis as they target the Porto finisher Jackson Martinez.
Martinez who helped Porto make their place in the Champions League Round of 16 with a second half striker was subject to Arsenal move, however the deal could be made only in summer with Martinez devoted to Porto and rejects any possibilities for the January move.
However Martinez who has a €35m release clause in his contract according to agent could be shown off for an attractive deal following his fine form which has seen him scored 10 goals in 13 appearances for Porto this season that has attracted couple of top clubs including Serie A outfits Napoli and couple of Premier League sides.
Martinez who scored twice in 4-1 victory over Japan in their World Cup clash could be major solution to Brendan Rodger’s side that has entered the race to get the 28 years old Colombian, however the task may remain difficult with series to top clubs keeping an eye.
