BIAAG Cup: Rautahat crowned champions

Rautahat defeats Kathmandu 5-0 to win U-17 Because I am a Girl (BIAAG) Cup  played at Chandranighapur on Sunday. Alisha Zimba scored a hat trick for winning side while Niramala KC and Sunita Yonzon scored a goal each for the victorious side. The hat trick scorer Alisha Zimba was adjudged the best forward of the tournament and bagged Nrs 5000 each along with other best players.

Best goalkeeper: Sushmita Singh Thakuri (Kathmandu)

Best defender: Rojina Majhi (Rautahat)

Best Forward: Alisha Zimba (Rautahat)

Best mid-fielder: Manish Raut (Rautahat)

Best coach: Sher Bahadur Darlami Magar (Rautahat)

The wining side bagged Rs. 100,000, while the runner-up got Rs. 50,000. The two semi-finalists Jhapa and Taplejung were awarded Rs. 25,000 each.
