Manchester City are going to invite A.S Roma to play their  second match in the group stage  round of the UEFA Champions League 2014/15 season.

Manchester City and AS Roma will be taking on each other in the today’s group stage fixture of ongoing UEFA Champions League.  In this group stage second match, both teams will be eyeing for the victory as Manchester City will be looking from the first victory in the group stage round while AS Roma are comfortable in the top position in the group table.  Manchester City and AS Roma are grouped in a Group E along with Bayern Munich and CSKA Moscow. Roma are in the top of the table with three points and Bayern Munich are in the second position with the equal three points. Manchester  are in the third position of the group table without any point.

From Manchester City. Samir Nasri will not be available for the match against Roma due to the injury. Fernando and Matija Nastasic are also doubtful for the match. Stevan Jovetic have stared to train with team mate since Monday and passed the fitness. EPL defending champions might adopt 4-2-3-1 formation where Aguero will be playing from as a lone striker.

AS Roma will be visiting without Kevin Strootman, Daniele De Rossi, Davide Astori and Federico Balzaretti due to the injury concern while Juan Lturbe and Leandro Castan is also doubtful for the match. They might form 4-3-3 formation where Ljajic, Totti and Gervinho will be playing from the attacking line.
