In the last six meetings between the teams, there has been mixed results. Arsenal have won two and lost two while two matches have ended in a draw. Both the team have scored 11 goals in the process. The most recent match between these sides was played in Community Shield at the start of the season and Arsenal won the match by 3-0.  Santi Cazorla, Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud scored for the North London Team in Wembley then.

Team News:

Arsenal are without Olivier Giroud, Serge Gnabry and Theo Walcott, who all miss the match due to injury while Aaron Ramsey is declared a huge doubt for the match. Danny Welbeck could make his debut for  Arsenal after completing a deadline day move from Manchester United.

Manchester City will be without Jovetic and Fernandinho so Fernando and Yaya Toure are expected to start in the midfield. Edin Dzeko will partner Sergio Aguero up front in the attack.
