Manager Ottman Hitzfeld of Switzerland National Football Team announced his final squad to travel to Brazil for World Cup to be held from next month.
Manager Ottman Hitzfled named a young side as they named their final squad for their World Cup campaign as they look to continue their form of Qualifying campaign. The swiss side finished the qualifying campaign unbeaten and their manager will be retiring after the World Cup is completed.
Eden Derdiyok was left out of the squad as he is having a poor season and Josip Drmic, playing in the same league as Eden was included. Drmic is expected to shine in the World Cup along with Bayern Munich youngster Xherdan Shaqiri. However, Napoli trio Valon Behrami, Gokhan Inler and Blerin Dzemaili made the cut. Diego Benaglio of Wolfsburg is expected to guard the posts. In form Left Back Ricardo Rodriguez is expected to make a big name in this squad.
