African United Hammer Organisers Udaypur XI 8-0 to enter Semifinal

African United reached the semifinals of 3rd Udaypur Gold Cup after 8-0 win over Udayapur XI.

Segun Akinade scored four goals while Cedric Aba scored 3 goals for the winning team. Ibrahim got a goal in the match as well. African United moved into the semifinal with this win over the Organizing team.

Cedric Aba opened the scoring in 13th minute for the African United team who are back after the title win in Dharan. Segun then doubled the lead five minutes later and Aba trebled the lead in 27th minute. Segun then completed is hat-trick in the first half with goals in 36th minute and last minute of injury time.

Segun then scored is fourth goal in the hour mark and Aba made it seven for the team and comleted his hat-trick in the 77th minute. Ibrahim put the icing on the cake with couple of minutes of regulation time remaining.

African United are aiming second title in succession here at Udayapur.
