The NIBL Friends club registered 4-1 win over Boys Union club in the first match of the last day in the league. Dipak Gurung, Sushil Lama, Victor and Martins scored each for NIBL Friends club while Raju Yogi scored the only goal for Boys Union.

The match was meaningless for the both teams as Boys Union were already relegated and NIBL Friends club were already out of super six race and safe from relegation.
The match went interesting ahead of the starting as BUC regular goalie Raju Yogi started as a striker instead of keeping the post. NIBL Friends club dominated the match from the very first minutes and were out passing BUC.
On 18th minute of the match Martins opened scoring for Friends on diving header. No other goals were added in the first half.
On 67th minute Dipak Gurung made 2-0, while Victor and Sushil Lama added a third and fourth goal for NIBL Friends on 79 and 83 minutes respectively.
The only goal from BUC came in the 82nd min as regular goalie and today’s striker Raju Yogi pulls one back for relegated side.
This was the last match for both teams in the league.
