The Nepal APF club lost to the Nepal Police Club in departmental derby with the scoreline of 2-0 as Bhola Silwal and Jumanu Rai scored each in the half. Nepal APF is currently in fifth position in the point table and NMB Machhindra defeats Samsung JYC they will go down in sixth position. The APF was already qualified for the super six after gaining a point in their last match against Simrik Saraswati club.

Talking with reporters after the match Krishna Thapa said.” We had chances of getting in higher rank if we had collected good points in last four matches, We were to get results in our favor due to a problem in our defense.” Thapa also believes Ganesh lawati Disallowing goal was unfair for his side.
Thapa added.” Game was 50-50 but some of the poor decisions from referee costed us a match.” When asked about the turning point of the first round Thapa answered.” The match against Sankata changed our tournament as our players were demoralized after 4-1 loss.’
Krishna Thapa believes his team will finish last in the super six just because of their defensive option.
