The first edition of 5- A- side Fans club Futsal Tournament for football enthusiasts who love the game and enjoy serious competition will held on 30th Jan, Teams from Fans Club will participate in the tournament .

Format: League Cum Knock Out

Entry Fee: Rs.5,000/- per team

Teams: 8

Age: 1) Open

Terms & Conditions, and Rules and Regulations.

1. The tournament is for fans club only.

2. The tournament will be held on 30th Janauary 2014.
3. The registration is limited to 8 teams only.
4. The registration fee for each team is NRs. 5,000.
5. The winning team will be awarded with the cash prize of Rs. 10,000 + trophy + medals + certificate
The 2nd placed team will be awarded trophy + medals+ certificate.
6. All completed entry forms must reach us by 11th Jan 2014.
7. The registration fee will not be refunded if any teams fail to show up on the event day. The organizer has the right to replace a team that withdraws with any team deemed fit to continue with the tournament. Teams that fail to show up 1 minute after the allotted game-time will automatically be eliminated from the tournament.
8. The organizer or any parties involved in the tournament shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by teams, participants or individuals and for any injuries or deaths occurred during or after the tournament.
9. Players are to play with indoor soccer shoes or Futsal shoes only (without studs/cleats). Stud/Cleats/Football Boots will not be allowed on the pitch.
Rules & Regulations for FUTSAL Championships of all levels.
1. 5 players in each side consisting of one goalkeeper. A team squad may consist of a maximum of 10 players.
2. Participating teams are required to wear company shirts or team jersey. Bibs will be provided for teams without jerseys.
3. The games will be played in accordance of the latest Futsal-laws-of-the-game published by FIFA, unless the organizer has made certain adjustments. Important Rules will be briefed to the team captains during the tournament.
4. The TOTAL duration of the match will be 16 minutes straight ( i.e 10 mins each half)
5. Substitutions are unlimited. Rolling substitutions are allowed throughout the tournament. A player may enter or out of the game at any time.
6. In the knockout stage, if the score is still tied after the end of regulation time, penalties will be played, where 3 penalty kicks for each team will be awarded. If the score is still tied after the penalties, the sudden death penalty kick will apply.
7. The referee governs the laws of the game. Decisions made by the referee will be considered final.
8. The organizer has the full right to change the duration, schedule, venue, format, etc. Without prior notice to participating teams.
9. The players must bring their personal data (i.e 2pp size photos, license/citizenship photocopy) attached with their form.
