Rohit Chand Signs a deal with Persija Jakarta

Nepal International Rohit Chand puts a pen into paper for a two years deal with the Indonesia Super League side Persija Jakarta.

Chand who played half season with the capital city based club last season was able to impress the club, leading him to a long term contract with one of the oldest and reputed side Persija Jakarta.

Chand will now be playing in Indonesia Super League which has been more competitive with merging of two top tier leagues, Indonesia Super League and Indonesia Premier League combinely now known as Indonesia Super League.

Persija Jakarta will play in the western league and the top four qualifies to compete in the second round where the top four teams of Eastern side will be awating.

According to the source, Rohit has got increment on his previous 3500$ a month salary and will be provided with an apartment and a car for transportation as an incentive.

Rohit trained two months with Danish top flight club FCV vikings before he landed Indonesia to sign 2 years deal with Persija Jakarta.

“One thing that made me fall in love with this team is supporters” , Rohit Chand who will be wearing his favourite number 32 told JakOnline

The clause also includes Rohit’s ability to sign with the Danish side if he will be called by FCV Vikings.
