Borussia Dortmund vs Shakhtar Donetsk
March 5, 2013 7:45 PM UTC
Signal-Iduna-Park — Dortmund
Borussia Dortmund’s only hope for this season’s silverware is Champions league as they are already out from all other tournaments title race and they will be hosting Ukrainian side Shakhtar who played major role in kicking UCL title defenders Chelsea.
The first leg match between these two teams ended as 2-2 in Ukraine and Dortmund now have advantage with two crucial away goals. Dortmund don’t have any other titles to fight for this season as they were knocked by Bayern recently in DFB Pokal’s quarter final and are 17 points behind the league leader Bayern in Bundesliga.
The injury of Matt Hummels could be subject of worry for manager Jurgen Kloop but return of rested players( Mario Gotze and Lukasz Piszczek) in last match will surely boost the team.
The only change in Shakhtar’s side might be returning of defender Olexander Kucher.
