IMYA Coach Upendra Man Singh blasted his players for not turning up for match.
Madhyapur were into the match in must win situation if they were to play yet another season in top flight but they lost the match 3-0 to NRT which the coach marked ‘hopeless’. He was furious with all his players for not giving their 100% when the team needed 101% effor to get something. He told the reporters in post match conference that his players hardly gave half of what they used to give in earlier matches.
He also said that the type of play they showed today is not even worthy of B division and cleared that they have lost all hope of survival after such dismal performance. He quoted that the coming two matches are hard and it will probably end up as a loss for them.
Meanwhile, NRT coach Diken Suwal also admitted that Madhyapur did not play as he thought of. ‘I thought they will press hard and make the play harder for us but they did not turn up and we eased towards the victory.’, he said.
