NRT beat Jawalakhel

Two First Half goals from Asim and Ibrahim ensured 3 points for New Road Team.

Brilliant first half performance by New Road earned them all three points in this mid table battle. NRT started better among the two when Ibrahim scored in half an hour mark to provide NRT the lead. The lead was doubled five minutes from time when brilliant play from Subash Gurung ‘B’ was finished by Asim Karki, who was into the team ahead of regular striker and NRT’s top scorer Segun Akinade.  The half ended with NRT leading by 2 goals but not much difference on field play.

Jawalakhel had to do something to comeback into the game and thy finished up their substitutions with double change in the halftime, a bit of attacking tactics used by Jawalakhel coach to come back into the game. The change looked good throughout the half but they could not finish up the chance that came calling and had to end the game on the same scoreline as they started the second half.
